ABOUT POLT.AI
Polt.ai is an AI-native transportation management system built for freight brokers and 3PLs.
The platform brings carrier sourcing, load building, shipment tracking, carrier communication, fraud detection, reporting, and operational workflows into one system while connecting with the external tools and data providers a brokerage still needs.
Why Polt exists
Freight brokerage runs on speed, judgment, and relationships. But a large part of day-to-day operations is still consumed by repetitive work: entering loads, checking shipment status, communicating with carriers, reviewing risk, handling exceptions, and moving information between systems.
Polt was built around a simple idea:
That means starting with the actual freight workflow—not adding AI as a separate layer after the fact.
Polt brings operational data and automation into the core TMS workflow so teams can spend less time moving information between systems and more time managing customers, carriers, exceptions, and growth.

Leadership
Polt started with firsthand experience of how freight brokerages actually operate.
Founder & CEO Rocco Pascente came to freight technology from brokerage operations, where he experienced the repetitive work behind load building, check calls, carrier risk, customer updates, and margin management.
Those problems shaped the way Polt was built: around the work an operations team performs every day rather than around a generic software feature list.
Today, Polt is focused specifically on freight brokers and 3PLs that want a more connected, automation-driven way to run their operation.
Rocco’s view of AI in freight is straightforward: automation should remove repetitive work so brokers can spend more time on customer relationships, carrier relationships, problem-solving, and growth.
He speaks publicly about freight technology, AI automation, fraud, brokerage operations, and the changing role of the TMS.
What we’re building
One operating layer for core brokerage workflows
A brokerage should not have to re-enter the same shipment information across multiple systems just to keep a load moving.
Polt centralizes core workflows including carrier sourcing, load building, tracking, carrier communication, fraud detection, exception management, and reporting while supporting connectivity to outside services where they remain part of the operation.
AI that works inside the workflow
Polt is designed as an AI-native TMS rather than a traditional TMS with a separate AI assistant attached to it.
AI-assisted and automated workflows are used across areas including load building, carrier communication, rate negotiation, tracking, exception handling, and operational decision-making.
The goal is practical automation: reducing repetitive execution while keeping people focused on the work where judgment and relationships matter.
Operational data that stays useful
Tracking, carrier activity, exceptions, margins, customer performance, and other operational data are more useful when they can be understood in the context of the load and the brokerage workflow.
Polt is designed around a shared operational data model so teams can work from the same information rather than reconstructing the story later through exports and disconnected reports.

Who Polt is built for
Polt is built primarily for freight brokers and third-party logistics providers.
It is designed for teams evaluating how to:
reduce repetitive operational work
centralize brokerage workflows
improve shipment visibility
automate carrier communication
manage carrier risk and fraud signals
make operational reporting easier to use
scale without adding software seats for every new user
How we think about freight technology
Company
Polt AI, Inc.
Product: Polt.ai
Category: AI-native Transportation Management System
Primary market: Freight brokers and 3PLs
Founder & CEO: Rocco Pascente
Freight brokerages do not need more software for the sake of software.
They need technology that reduces operational friction, gives teams better information, and makes it easier to run more freight without multiplying manual work.
That’s what Polt is building.
