A load is any shipment tendered and moved through the platform — from tender to delivery. Loads that are booked but cancelled before pickup don’t count toward your monthly volume.

You’re not cut off. If your volume runs above your plan, we’ll flag it and help you decide whether moving up a tier makes sense.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time as your volume changes. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Plans are billed monthly with no long-term lock-in. Enterprise plans can include custom terms if that fits your organization better.

It depends on the pricing model. Per-seat tools charge for every user each month, so the bill rises as you hire. Volume-based tools charge by shipments moved. Polt starts at $1,199 per month for up to 200 loads, with no per-user fees. When comparing vendors, add up the cost of every tool you would still need alongside it.
