Polt.ai is now an official TMS partner of Highway, the carrier identity and freight fraud prevention platform. The integration connects Highway’s Carrier Identity Engine to Polt, so carriers a brokerage has approved in Highway sync directly into Polt’s carrier workflow.
What the integration does
Highway-approved carriers sync into Polt. No retyping carrier details from one system into another.
Vetting and booking in one flow. Brokers check a carrier’s identity in Highway and build, cover and track the load in Polt without switching between tools.
Less manual data entry. Fewer copy-paste steps means fewer chances for a wrong MC number or a changed phone number to slip through.
Why it matters for brokers
Most freight fraud doesn’t happen on the road. It happens at carrier onboarding: a borrowed identity, a fake MC, or a double broker that clears a rushed check. We cover the warning signs in our guide to double brokering and the questions to ask about carrier fraud.
Highway focuses on verifying who a carrier really is. Polt focuses on the work after that: building the load, covering it, tracking it and keeping carrier communication in one place. Connecting the two keeps the verification step and the booking step together, instead of in separate tabs.
How to use it
If your brokerage uses both Highway and Polt, contact our team and we’ll help you connect them. If you are new to Polt, you can see the carrier workflow on a short call with one of your real loads. Book a demo.
