Polt vs Turvo (2026): Pricing, Scope and Who Each Fits

Short answer: Turvo is a collaborative supply-chain platform that connects a brokerage with its shippers, carriers and warehouses on one system, priced from $5,000 a month with onboarding, training and data migration included. Polt is a broker-only TMS priced by load volume from $1,199 a month. Turvo suits larger 3PLs and brokerages whose customers and partners will log in and work inside the same platform. Polt suits broker teams that want AI load building, carrier vetting and tracking in one system at a lower entry price.

Pricing

Turvo publishes one price: the Plan, Execute and Settle Freight plan starts at $5,000 a month, with a dedicated onboarding manager, virtual training, data migration, a support centre and the Turvo Community and Academy included. The Collaboration and Visibility tier, which adds a customer success manager and quarterly business reviews, is quoted on request.

Polt starts at $1,199 a month for 200 loads, $2,899 for 500 and $5,999 for 1,100, with unlimited users and AI usage included. Custom pricing applies above 1,500 loads.

At under 1,100 loads a month, Polt costs less than Turvo’s published starting price. At high volume the two overlap, and the decision becomes about scope rather than price.

Scope: one workflow or one shared platform

Turvo’s pitch is collaboration. Teams, customers and partners work on the same platform, with visibility across shipments, inventory and operations, appointment scheduling and warehouse views. For a 3PL that manages inventory for shippers, or a brokerage whose customers want to log in and see everything, that breadth is the point.

Polt is narrower on purpose. It covers the broker workflow end to end, from tender email to invoice, with carrier vetting, tracking alerts and documents in one record, and leaves warehouse and inventory management to other systems. A broker-only operation loses nothing; a 3PL running warehouses would need something alongside it.

Automation and AI

Polt builds loads from tender emails and imported documents, checks FMCSA and Highway status on every bid, raises automatic alerts for double brokering, detention, delays and lost signal, and matches freight to carriers from inside the shipment. These are included in every plan.

Turvo describes workflow automation that reduces manual steps and errors, plus advanced analytics and reporting. Its public pricing page does not describe AI load building or AI agents, so ask Turvo directly what is automated today and what is on the roadmap.

Who should pick which

Pick Turvo if: you are a larger 3PL or brokerage, your customers and carriers will work inside your platform, you need inventory and warehouse visibility alongside freight, and a $5,000 starting price fits your volume.

Pick Polt if: you are a broker or 3PL focused on freight execution, you want AI load building and carrier vetting included, you want unlimited users with volume pricing from $1,199, and you do not need warehouse management.
